Hi , I am Omar Farooq- and I have created this curated list of Senior & Top Management roles. I made CXO alpha so folks in my network & others like them can find relevant roles, without the mindless scroll & forced engagement of most job listing sites.
I have couple of ideas on how the site might evolve , but as a start I want this to be the first place where a senior person looks for a relevant role- hence CXO Alpha
A bit about me- I have the privilege of ticking almost all boxes in Talent Management- CHRO for an outsourcing company which I scaled to 3000 , Consultant , Faculty at the University of Delhi and now a Talent Scout and Interim HR Leader . I am based in Bucharest and assist firms to establish capability centres in India & Romania and am a talent scout for Consulting, Capability centres, Technology, Fintech , Financial Services , Clean Energy . Well the reason this is a curated list is because- it is almost impossible to automate a listing engine if you do not understand a role in terms of – level , company & industry. So a CTO for a Startup would be a CXO role provided its well funded , and the CTO -1 role in a Revolut will also be a Top management role
If I do not understand your business, your funding structure and more than that the existing founders credibility- the role will not be posted
